To stay in touch with your loyal customers that have experienced your service/product before and to bring them back into your business. I already send out a newsletter via US mail, why change? First of all, email is a more cost effective way to reach your loyal customers. Buy sending out emails, you will get a faster response. The email is interactive with your business and drives traffic to your website. By sending out email with us, we are able to track what people do with your email: how many are read, how many coupons are opened, how many click-through to your web site, etc. My company does not have any email address. How can I get them? Most companies start with no email addresses. Our customer support staff will help you implement your program and explain how to be effective in obtaining your clients email addresses. You can send your email out on any day, at anytime you want each month, as long as it’s approved by you. Can my email be forwarded to friends and family? Our system has a ‘refer-a-friend’ feature that allows your customer to pass along your email to someone else. That person is then asked to join your club. I have some old email addresses. How do I know if they still work? Our system automatically filters out bad or invalid email address. The result is a clean, up to date database. How do I obtain a copy of my database? You can get a copy of your database at any time at no cost. Is my client database shared or sold to other companies? No! Your database will be kept confidential and will never be sold or given to any outside sources. How secure is my database? Your database is securely backed-up onsite and offsite. How long of a commitment do I need to make? We recommend at least a one year minimum. The longer you stay in the program, the more email address you collect and the more cost effective it becomes. How often can I send an email? You can email your customers as often as you like. We have many clients sending emails of a weekly basis. Can my customers reply to my emails? Yes. Customers can reply to your email by clicking the reply button or the comment link contained within your email. All replies will be directed to any email address you define. |
